With her expertise in Positive Psychology and PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience from IIT - Bombay, she's helped over 250,000 individuals transform their lives. Dr. Anamika founded the "Night Shift Healing Method" after discovering that evening hours create optimal conditions for emotional processing and neural rewiring.
